What is Sorbetto?

Sorbetto (also known as Sorbet) is an American term for an even healthier version of Gelato because it is made with water instead of milk. Sorbetto is fat-free & dairy-free, and traditionally a fruit-based flavor. In Italy, wheather made with water or milk, it is still referred to as Gelato. Sorbetto is served year-round as a refreshing treat, but is a summer favorite for many.
