Chef and Creator Zbynek "Spin" Mlynarik started My Vienna Gelato with the belief that Californians deserve to experience the same fabulous treat as they could in Europe.Trained in Artisan Gelato making by Danielle Gabutto, Owner and Gelato Master Chef, Gelateria Bortolotti in Vienna, Austria. Spin uses award-winning Gelato recipes that have won "Best Gelato Award" in Italy.

My Vienna Gelato is based on a "Cut No Corner" philosophy, to deliver the best Frozen Dessert possible. All our flavors are made locally and fresh. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible. We take sincere pride in all of our products.
